E.g. you've got an investor whose frame of reference if what companies are like at Seed/Post-PMF and are asking questions that don't make sense at founding/pre-seed. Are they really angels, in that case? Maybe a red flag?
That's a fair point. I think I'm seeing the category as a non-angel angel. Someone with experience in tech but not so well suited for early stage investing, despite their accreditation.

I would say that is not common at all and typically you would see it the other way. Mostly angels invest early.
